Multi-point stencil welding

Multi-point stencil welding for demanding customers

Automatic, semi-automatic, manual welding

Many production processes could not take place in our company without the expert use of a welding department consisting of multi-point stencil welding machines fully automated, semi-automatic stencil spot welders and manual spot welders.

The most common type of welding, also used in our company, is electric resistance welding, in which we can distinguish butt, spot or linear welding. Resistance welding is the process of spot or butt welding of metal parts due to the flow of high intensity electric current between electrodes, which generates heat at the point of contact of the welded surfaces. Once the metal at the weld site has passed into a plastic state, the electrodes press down on the parts to be welded, joining them together.

Wire welding,
sheet metal welding

Depending on the type of metal, its thickness, or the dimensions of the parts to be welded, it is necessary to select the appropriate parameters, such as welding current, current flow time, and electrode pressure force, to ensure the quality of the weld.

We primarily weld grating (trusses) and wire mesh, elements of store shelves or shelves for warehouse racks. The welding machines we have at our disposal allow us to weld different types of materials, including ordinary steel and stainless steel. With the appropriate molds, it is possible to join a flat bar to a wire with the help of welding machines, while the installation of appropriate electrodes makes it possible to join sheet metal parts by welding.

Why choose Roland 1?

Speed of the welding process

Strength of welds

Precision in welding

Welding of various metals

Our company uses state-of-the-art welding technologies, including multi-point stencil welding, which makes it possible to achieve strong joints without affecting material properties.

The following is basic technical information about the welding processes taking place in the Roland 1, namely:

1. spot welding (manual):

– 25 kVA rated power,

– maximum thickness of welded materials 8/8,

2. stencil spot welding (semi-automatic):

– 200 kVA rated power,

– maximum thickness of welded materials 16/16,

– Maximum size of welded nets 2460×1400,

3. multi-point stencil welding (automatic):

– 250 kVA rated power,

– maximum thickness of welded materials 20/20,

– Maximum size of welded nets 1400×2370.

The welding process, like other processes in our company, has also been automated through the use of wire feeders, which significantly speeds up welding and the entire production process.

The advantages of the welding solutions offered by our company are, first of all, high quality and precision, the ability to produce difficult shapes of metal parts, as well as increasing productivity and reducing production time.

Conclusion – For more than 30 years, our company has been an expert in wire processing, including the fields of stencil spot welding, multipoint welding and hand welding, offering top-quality solutions for various industrial sectors. Multipoint stencil welding makes it possible to achieve strong joints without affecting the mechanical properties of the materials.
