TIG MIG welding

Robotic welding

TIG MIG welding for the demanding

At our company, we are committed to excellence in robotic welding technology. Our experienced team provides the highest quality TIG and MIG welding services that set us apart from the competition. The use of advanced robotic and manual technology allows for high precision and repeatability in the welding process, which is crucial in many industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical and others. Automation and robotization of the welding process also makes it possible to reduce lead times and increase labor efficiency.

Welding is the process of joining metal parts by heating and melting them at the point of joining with or without the addition of a filler metal (welding wire).

MIG welding is an arc welding technique involving the use of a fusible electrode under the protection of a chemically inert gas (usually helium or argon). Parts are joined by mixing the welding wire with the fused material. The MIG technique is mainly used for welding black steel. The quality of the completed weld largely depends on the skill of the welder.

TIG welding is also an arc welding technique, but using an electric arc produced by a non-fusible tungsten electrode in an inert gas envelope. Note that it is the welded material that heats up and melts, not the electrode. The use of TIG technique guarantees a high-quality weld that is free of impurities and does not require additional cleaning after welding. TIG welding is primarily used for joining stainless steel and metals that require the use of neutral protective gas and thinner metal parts.

Robotic welding

Undoubtedly, in the case of mass production, MIG welding has an advantage due to its efficiency, while TIG welding is ideal for welding individual parts if the customer cares about the highest possible quality of the weld.

The advantages of robotic TIG and MIG welding offered by our company are primarily high quality and precision, the ability to weld parts with complex shapes, and the saving of time and materials.

Robotic TIG and MIG welding also reduces the risk of errors and defects in materials, resulting in increased product durability and reliability. In addition, thanks to the horizontal turntable integrated into the welding robots, it is possible to rotate the welded product by 360 degrees, allowing the robot arm to reach any weld spot.
