Construction of 800×600 half-pallet basket with door – half-pallet extension \/ Gitterbox<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We would like to introduce you to the half pallet garbage can, which is sometimes referred to as a gitterbox<\/a> or pallet extension. The main distinguishing feature of the gitterbox is that the baskets can be stacked on top of each other, so you can create stacked basket racks and thus take advantage of vertical space, especially in warehouses. A door on the side of the basket provides easy access to the goods stored in it.<\/p>\n

In the production of the presented gitterbox (half-pallet extension \/ half-pallet basket), wires with diameters of 5 and 7 mm were used, as well as 3 mm sheet metal brackets mounted on the corners, allowing the baskets to be placed one on top of the other.<\/p>\n

As a manufacturer of store furniture, and more broadly as a manufacturer of metal products, we are able to offer you a full pallet extension or modify the size and number of doors, as well as use wires of other diameters.<\/p>\n

Gitterboxes are used in a variety of industries. They can be successfully used for storing goods in warehouses, for transportation, as well as for displaying the items being sold.<\/p>\n

The initial step in the production of a half-pallet basket, as with any other basket, is to straighten, cut and bend the wire, then weld the wires and cut off the superfluous ends.<\/p>\n

The important difference is that sheet metal handles are welded to the corners of the presented half pallet \/ gitterbox extension. However, before the tin mounts are joined to the wire structure of the basket using welding, it is necessary to first laser cut the sheet metal and bend it to obtain the right shape, allowing the half-pallet to be placed both under and above the basket.<\/p>\n

The final stage of production is to cover the gitterbox with a coating chosen by the customer, i.e. Powder coating with RAL, galvanized or chrome paint.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
