The bracket is designed with 2 basic prongs for its insertion into the hole (perforation) of the rack leg. An additional two notches in the arc of the lower tooth allow the bracket to be installed to the rack leg at two different angles.
Each tooth is clipped into the hole (perforation) of the rack leg. Numerous indentations on the top of the bracket are designed to install the shelf, ensuring proper stability and preventing the shelf from moving on the brackets.
The final stage of production is the application of a suitable coating to the bracket, the selection of which should depend on the purpose of the rack. Thanks to the application of a double coating, ie. zinc primer, followed by a final paint in a color chosen by the customer from the RAL palette, the shelf is resistant to corrosion and rusting, making it possible to locate the entire rack outside the building.
