The partition is made entirely of wires welded using semi-automatic welding machines. The protruding ends of the wires are then cut off at the appropriate angle using semi-automatic cutters to ensure the aesthetics of the products and the safety of use. During the trimming process, product quality control is carried out.
Then, to the partition thus formed on both sides of it, the ears are heated, which are formed from a suitably bent wire. The baffle ears allow it to be quickly installed in the shelf.
A locating wire installed in the shelf on one side and an eyelet inserted into the stop on the other side ensure stabilization of the partition.
