Folding hopper design
We would like to present to you a wire store hopper, so called. “searchlight.” The name of the basket derives from its function, as it can be used to display a variety of goods so that every customer can “find something” for themselves.
Our wire basket is equipped with an adjustable bottom, so you can easily adjust the depth of the basket, depending on the size and quantity of products presented in it. There are four levels (cross wires) on which the bottom can be quickly mounted.
Of importance, especially in the context of transportation, is the fact that the presented basket is a folding hopper. In the attached photos you can clearly see how little space it takes up and how narrow our basket is when folded.
The hopper was made of 3mm and 6mm diameter wires and then galvanized.
We would like to emphasize that as a manufacturer of store baskets and wire store furniture, we are able to prepare customized store baskets for you. It is up to your needs to decide from what diameter of wires and in what dimensions the hopper will be made and what kind of coating will be applied (it can be galvanized, chrome-plated, or powder-coated from RAL). The products we present are made in standard, most common recurring dimensions.

The process of manufacturing a shopping cart
The production process begins with straightening the wire to the correct diameter, followed by cutting it into sections of the correct length and bending the wire on CNC bending machines.
The next step is to weld the wires, and depending on your needs, we use automatic welders that allow multi-point template welding, semi-automatic or manual welders. The resulting wire meshes are then finished by cutting off the protruding ends of the wires.
Then, the wire basket is coated with a coating of the customer’s choice (industrial powder coating, galvanized or chrome) and packaged using cardboard dividers, cartons and stretch film for safe transportation.
