Construction of hopper with pins and adjustable bottom
The presented store hopper, except for the plastic clips, is made entirely of wire. Wires with diameters of 5 and 3 mm were used to produce the sides of the basket, while wires with diameters of 6 and 3 mm were used for the bottom of the basket.
The adjustable bottom of the basket provides the ability to easily mount it on the cross wires of the sides of the basket, so you can freely adjust the depth of the hopper according to the dimensions or the amount of products stored in them. Besides, the installation of the presented wire basket is reduced to connecting its sides with clips, while the bottom itself additionally contributes to its stabilization.
The collapsible design of the hopper allows it to be stored and transported with maximum economy of the space used. The above also reduces transportation costs by allowing more wire baskets to be transported in one shipment.

Manufacturing process of the hopper with clips and adjustable bottom
The production of the presented hopper comes down to a few basic steps. Like any wire product, it all starts with straightening the wire, cutting the wire into sections of appropriate lengths and bending the wire using CNC bending machines.
The next step is to weld the wires to form wire meshes, for which we primarily use multi-point stencil welders and cut off the protruding ends.
The final step is to apply the appropriate coating of the customer’s choice to the wire basket. Our offer includes not only powder coating, but also galvanizing or chrome plating.
