Bolted hopper design
We are pleased to present to you a wire hopper, the characteristic feature of which are legs made of 20×20 mm profiles, which guarantees exceptional strength, stability and allows you to store heavier articles in it. The rest of the construction of this store wire basket was produced using wires with diameters of 3 mm (wire mesh) and 5 mm (mesh perimeter).
At the same time, we would like to emphasize that the final decision on the materials used depends on the customer, because as a manufacturer of shopping baskets, we are able to adapt to your needs and produce a customized basket. In addition to choosing specific wires or profiles, you also decide on the type of coating used. We offer powder coating of our products, as well as galvanizing or chrome plating.
Assembly of the presented shopping basket should not cause the slightest difficulty. This is because it is enough to use butterfly nuts, two for each leg, to attach the wire sides of the basket to its profile legs. The undoubted advantage of such a design is the ability to disassemble the basket and save space and costs associated with its storage or transportation.
Then just hang the bottom of the basket at any height of its sides. This is another wire basket from our offer equipped with an adjustable bottom, which allows you to freely choose the height of the bottom, taking into account the dimensions of the displayed articles.
Manufacturing process of bolted hopper
As with any other hopper, the production process could not take place without straightening the wire, cutting the wire into sections of the required length, welding the wires using automatic (multi-point template welding), semi-automatic or manual welding machines, and cutting off protruding ends.
A major difference from typical wire baskets is the use of profile legs. As a consequence of the above, it is necessary to laser cut the profiles into sections of the appropriate length and perforate them to create holes for wing nuts.
The final process of manufacturing shopping baskets, including the presented twist-up hopper, is the application of a coating, which is done by powder coating or applying zinc/chrome.
